Deputy Did Not Have Right To Detain Illegal Immigrant

An appeals court has ruled that a Rutherford County Sheriff's deputy illegally detained an illegal immigrant during a traffic stop.
The ruling from the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals means that three guns and several fake identification cards found during a subsequent search cannot be used as evidence.
This tyrannical judge has decided that police officers cannot exercise judgement because they are not judges. The man was an illegal. He did have guns and fake identification. However recognizing he was illegal was not enough for the deputy to do his job. The judge must think that unless a voice comes down from heavan and says, "He is illegal, I'll talk to the judge, go ahead and arest him", police officers must not do their jobs.
Is there any surprise we live in a nation that is rapidly becoming a tyranny? Judges do not care aobut the public. They care about judicial power.

The new president ejected the American Bar Association from the screening process, ending its half-century role of reviewing candidates' credentials before a nomination.
The American Couts are as corrupt and, by any objective evaluation, politicized as the courts of any nation in the world. That evaluation is not judging us by the standards of democracies, but includes the nation's dictatorships. The ideological movement to return our courts to respect for "the rule of law" is a moral endeavor. The continued insistence by liberals that they will win by democratic vote what they can, and where the people will not enact their agenda by vote, they will get it through the back door by judges ignoring the will of the people and inventing Constitutional rights.
Their is no Constitutional right to abortion. This gross abuse of the concept of Constitutional rights must end. It does not matter where you stand on the issue of abortion, it is obscene to try and pretend there is a right to "partial birth abortion" enuciated in the words of our Constitution. With this one abuse, the liberals and their willing corrupt justices have forever proved their arrogant disdain for the democratically elected legislative and executive branches of our nation.
Reagan and Bush have worked to undo the previous political agenda of liberals who took over the courts in earlier years. When an insitution has already been politicized, it is a joke to scream that trying to undo that corruption is political. That is the current practice of liberals.
Anti-war Judge Rejects Foster Teen's Bid To Join Military

SIMI VALLEY - Shawn Sage long dreamed of joining the military, and watching "Full Metal Jacket" last year really sold him on becoming a Marine.
But last fall, a Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner dashed the foster teen's hopes of early enlistment for Marine sniper duty, plus a potential $10,000 signing bonus.
In denying the Royal High School student delayed entry into the Marine Corps, Children's Court Commissioner Marilyn Mackel reportedly told Sage and a recruiter that she didn't approve of the Iraq war, didn't trust recruiters and didn't support the military.
"The judge said she didn't support the Iraq war for any reason why we're over there," said Marine recruiter Sgt. Guillermo Medrano of the Simi Valley USMC recruiting office.
Want to know how little justice there is in America? This pompous self righteous judge simply put her personal opinion ahead of the interests of the juvenile she was sworn to help. Help? Excuse me. Dominate and tyranize is more like it.
The American court system is populated by the most arrogant power hungry demagogues you will ever find. It is no wonder they run a revolving door justice system, freeing the guilty and incarcerating the innocent. What I don't understand is how long this judge thinks she would last if she did not have the American military standing between her and the people who would like to see her ousted from power.
