Disclosure Delayed Is Justice Denied

by Ed Whelan - April 19th, 2011 - National Reivew Online

Two weeks ago, former federal district judge Vaughn Walker, who ruled last summer in Perry v. Schwarzenegger that California’s Proposition 8 is unconstitutional, publicly disclosed for the first time that he has been in a same-sex relationship for the past ten years. A straightforward application of the judicial ethics rules compels the conclusion that Walker should have recused himself from taking part in the Perry case. Further, under well-established Supreme Court precedent, the remedy of vacating Walker’s judgment is timely and necessary.

I doubt that anything will happen though. Judges protect judges in the abusive and tyrannical style we have gotten used to under our judicial oligarchy. Justice has become a joke. There is rarely justice in our system. That is so true it is pretty accurate to say that "There is no justice in America. Our courts are corrupt."

On the rare occasions when this sentiment is not correct, it stands as an exception that proves the statement is all too true.

Just as a former illegal alien subverted our Constitution and denied the elected branches of our government the power to refuse to provide welfare to those who had illegally invaded our nation, we now have a biased homosexual judge stripping a huge majority of our citizens the right to vote for the laws which they choose to live under.

He’s The Jurist Defendants Covet
— Judge ‘Let Me Go’

by Andrea Estes and Scott Allen - April 17th, 2011 - Boston Globe

It looked like Carl Lemon would be going back to jail for the 20th time. Saddled with a 25-year record of shoplifting, drug dealing, and assorted other crimes, not to mention eight aliases, Lemon had made it easy for prosecutors. He even signed a confession saying that he had stolen a woman’s purse while she ate in a Back Bay restaurant. A second victim, whose bag he also snatched, had driven overnight from Canada to testify against him.

But, as the two victims watched in disbelief, the judge set Lemon free, saying that the career criminal, then 43, needed a detox program, not jail time. When the detective who arrested Lemon rolled his eyes and muttered that the decision was a disgrace, Judge Raymond G. Dougan Jr. had court officers lock him up for the morning instead.

“I thought someone was going to jail that day; I just didn’t think it would be me,’’ recalled Detective Andrew Gambon.

There is little recourse for any victim whose rights are so brutally treated by a progressive un-American Democrat judge. Our judiciary has become rampant with a disease that destroys justice. That disease is the arrogance that perfect justice is the goal. In search of that judges reduce complex problems and a balance between victims and criminals to a simplistic defense of the most evil elements of society. After all, the judges say. It is not their fault. Entering each case with the belief that crime is the fault of society, the search for perfect justice means victims become mere pawns in the brutal injustice that has turned our society into a criminal's heaven.

Judge Gives 'Juror No. 799' Indefinite Jury Duty

... After She Makes Racist Remarks On Questionnaire

by
John Marzulli - April 6th, 2011 - New York Daily News

An incensed federal judge sentenced a racist Brooklyn woman to indefinite jury duty on Tuesday after she trashed the NYPD and minorities. "This is an outrage, and so are you!" Federal Judge Nicholas Garaufis told the woman, holding up her bile-filled juror questionnaire.

Juror No. 799, an Asian woman in her 20s who said she works in the garment industry, was up for jury duty in the death penalty trial of Bonanno crime boss Vincent (Vinny Gorgeous) Basciano.

It didn't take long for her to start looking worse than the defendant.

Worse than the defendant? A woman who has a racist view of some others but has never acted on those views is WORSE than a murderer? What kind of insanity is that? By what law does this judge decide to enslave this woman into a duty that he will not even allow her to perform? Do you doubt he will never let her on to a jury?

The judges in our nation have reached the arrogant belief that they are above the law and can do anything that they want. You must live your life as they see fit or they will sentence you to perpetual enslavement as a pawn in their tyrannical court system. This is the same system that frees murderers for a police officer saying the wrong words when he reads the Miranda warning. The victims of a crime? They mean nothing to the totalitarian scum who rule our nation in a judicial oligarchy as corrupt as history has ever seen.

When did this woman lose her right to be judged "innocent until proven guilty?"

When did this woman lose her right to her "day in court?"

When did slavery for those a judge disapproves of become a casual power that this judge can exercise with no one but the judge having any say? Our court system has become a judicial oligarchy, out of control and tyrannical in the extreme. How is it less abusive than the infamous inquisition? This judge should be impeached and stripped of all his corrupt arrogance and power. Nothing else is justice.

Oh yeah. There is no justice in America. Our courts are corrupt.
